As reported from Edmunds, the list of vehicles is based on the current requirements needed for the Consumer Assistance to Recycle and Save Act, or CARS as its now more commonly known.
The list shows all the vehicles that have a a combined MPG of 18 mpg or less and also vehicles that have a current average national trade-in True Value Market price of $4,500 or less.Check out the vehicle eligiblity list here to see if your car meets the requirements.
